The pitch size is 6ftwide X 5ft deep. We have other unique vendor stalls available that can be discussed according to your needs.  Vendors will supply their
own tables and display materials. The space has bathrooms, security,
power outlets and a roof - perfect for year-round trading.

The gallery is large, with three connected interior spaces, a back patio
for chilling and a killer sound system. We’ll be featuring DJs throughout the day and there will be a small cafe concession. The bar will open at noon.

The Casbah opens to the public at 11am. There is a large bus stop located directly in front of the Gallery, which makes loading & unloading a bit unique. It is illegal & can run a hefty fine to park in a bus stop. We suggest you have someone drop you off to avoid any issues. When you arrive by car we will ask you to pull up at the curb towards the far end of the bus stop into the yellow loading zone. A yellow zone is also available on 18th just before Mission St. We will supply hand carts, porters & security. You will be given a # indicating the location of your stall. The porters or someone from your company will drop your merchandise at your numbered stall. You will then park your car in one of the parking garages in the neighborhood (16^th St & 22^nd St). Plan to spend around $15.00 on parking for the day. You will show your # to the security at the door & meet your merchandise at your designated spot at The Casbah.

Unloading-

Unloading Time-6pm-6:30pm

The Casbah ends at 6pm. We will ask that you pack up all of your merchandise & get one of our helpers to stay with your merchandise while you get your car. You will meet your Merchandise at one of the Yellow loading zones by one of our helpers. Remember parking in a bus stop is illeagal & costs big $ for fines. You will show your # again to the porters at the curb to retrieve your merchandise or a member of your company can do this. The bus stop will be very busy during the unloading time period;We ask that you do not leave your car unattended. We will do our best to make this a smooth process for our vendors.

Set-Up-

Vendors will have a 6ft wide X 5ft deep clearly marked stall at Mission Casbah.

Some stalls have wall space & others do not. We will inform you directly whether you do or do not have a wall stall. Sub-Mission Gallery is a unique space & we are being creative with arranging it. Space will be tight and we ask that you stick to the required stall measurements & work with your neighbors to ensure things work for everyone. You are responsible for your own set up: tables, chairs, signage, pushpins,lights, mirrors, credit card info, bags, etc. We have power outlets at some stalls so please bring extension cords if you’re planning on needing electrical supply. We ask that all vendors be ready for set-up no later than 10:30am, so any concerns can be addressed and adjustments made.

Security-

Sub-Mission Gallery will be providing day-long security for the Mission Casbah . Sub-Mission Gallery in located in the heart of the Mission and we expect heavy foot traffic through the day. With heavy foot traffic brings all sorts of people, good and bad. Please keep an eye on your merchandise and alert us to any bad vibes you may encounter. We will have restrooms available for people to try on any merchandise. We suggest you hold a credit card or ID when people need to walk away from your stall to try something on. Recording drivers license #’s and checking ID’s are good practices and should be carried out by vendors on credit card & check sales.
